Rie Griggs is the owner and lead translator for Lucid Translations, she has worked for 15 years as a Japanese translator and in that time built a strong reputation worldwide as fast and reliable both at translating and proofing translation jobs in both English and Japanese.
Rie has extensive experience translating highly technical documents between Japanese and English across many fields including legal documents, medical reports, academic papers, software documentation and product specifications.
As well as working for some of the largest translation companies in the world; Rie has also build a solid business with a stable of reliable translators internationally, all the while working with some of the worlds largest corporations to ensure their documents receive top quality translation.
Ben Griggs works as a consultant for Rie and Lucid Translations while also running Sunlit Video Productions. He has a BA in Media Studies as well as Multimedia from Monash and many years experience in multimedia and web technologies.
Particularly passionate about documentary video, Ben has worked extensively producing creative marketing videos for businesses, high quality websites built on leading CMS systems and helping coordinate broader marketing campaigns across numerous media both online and off.
